Eva Mendes was born in America. She is an American model, actor and singer. A talent agent discovered her talent and urged her to go on a path as a model or actor. She made the decision to quit university and enter the world of entertainment following much thought. Her first film was the film 'Children of the Corn: Fields of Terror and she was dissatisfied with her performance. She put in a lot of effort to improve her acting abilities and also was in numerous films with low budgets to demonstrate her talents. This was no easy path for this actor and her tenacity and patience did not go unrewarded. After her success in Training Day, her career in acting took off. Her well-known movies include 2 Fast, 2 Furious The Hitch, Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
